The first thing that we always need to accomplish when starting something new is our mindset. It doesn't matter how many tools are in place none of them will be successful until our state of mind is in alignment and ready for the assignment.

Meal prep

Preparation meets opportunity.
They say that if we don't plan, we'll plan to fail.
Preparing your meals in advance is the best way to stay in rhythm so that you stay on course. It also lessens the chances of just grabbing anything and going.

Movement 

Movement is key to building a rhythm in your life. Move the body each day in a practice that works for you.

It gets the blood flowing and kicks in the endorphins. It also helps with building confidence and will assist with more energy and improved health overall.

Meditation

Creating a daily meditation practice helps to bring calmness and peace to your temple (body), it keeps the nervous system in balance and allows us to stay focused in all areas of our lives. When we include our daily meditation into our wellness practice, we are activating miracles to enter our experience. 

Manifestation

In order for us to manifest our desires we have to be honest with ourselves about what we do not like, self sabotaging habits, and the things or people  that are keeping us stuck and unhappy. Once we are truly honest with ourselves and put it all on the table we can then begin to move through to a better place.

I know how it feels to be stuck...

When going through a breakup I found it difficult to get into my rhythm. I found it hard to get back on track when dealing with emotional turmoil. The thing is that I wanted to do it quickly. I didn't have time or even enough faith in myself to wait a long period of time to see results. This is when I came up with Fine In Five.

I knew that if I could get results in five days mind body and spirit, then I would get the momentum going, and start feeling myself again. I went back to the times when I was at my best and that was when I meditated daily. I remembered the power of manifestation and visualization and I knew that if I could find my rhythm I could create anything that I wanted in life.
